It’s our second year working with the ever growing Medi-Weightloss Clinics® for their annual convention which was held at the Omni Resort at Champions Gate just outside of Orlando, FL. TPC was tasked at producing the AV portion of the 4 day convention, everything from breakout training rooms to the general session.  We worked hand and hand with the creative director to create an exciting and dynamic stage set as well as designing and executing an atmospheric lighting show for the highly anticipated annual Gala.

We incorporated our custom modular stage panels as well as a programmed rear LED wash to make the set even more dynamic. Together with over 16 movers rigged from above we were able to create various lighting scenes for specific times during the program.  The lighting really unlocks the potential of such a stage set. TPC also produced a custom logo image for the podium as well as the stage set which was suspended giving the piece full dimension.

For video and PowerPoint we incorporated 2- 10.5 x 14 screens with 10k Christie Projectors as well as a 46inch confidence monitor and Kramer seamless switcher.

Sound was produced with the use of our DB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Sound System, Allen and Heath Mixer, and Sennheiser wireless microphones.
